gl88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in a verified account in good standing (i.e., not subject to any forfeiture provision under these Terms) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of any outstanding investigation.
You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting gl88 support. Players who wish to self-exclude rather than simply close their account should use the self-exclusion feature, which offers stronger protections against re-registration.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
